The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) has once again topped amongst all Group A Ministries, Departments and Autonomous Bodies for resolving public grievances.
The rankings have been published by Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) for the month of September 2022.
UIDAI has been a top performer in resolution of Public Grievances received through CPGRAMS and making continuous efforts to make Aadhaar holders experience better.
UIDAI has a strong grievance redressal ecosystem enabling it to resolve around 92% of CRM Grievances within a week.
UIDAI is gradually rolling out state-of-the-art Open-Source CRM solution.
The new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution has been designed with advanced features to enhance UIDAI service delivery to residents.
Compressed Biogas (CBG)
Asia’s largest Compressed Biogas (CBG) plant has been inaugurated in Lehragaga, Sangrur, Punjab.
Sangrur CBG Plant shall provide direct employment to 390 and indirect employment to 585 people.
The plant’s present production is about 6 TPD CBG, but soon this plant will process 300 Tons Per Day of paddy straw at max. capacity to produce 33 TPD of CBG using 8 digesters of 10,000 cubic meters.
WISER programme
The first 11 awardees of the Women Involvement in Science and Engineering Research (WISER) programme were felicitated.
Ten (10) women researchers from India and one (1) from Germany holding regular/long-term research positions in academia, research institutions, or industry were selected under the WISER-2022 programme.
